Potential routes

We're studying a network of six potential light rail lines. They could be built sequentially or bundled into a single project. The study may show that some aren't worth building, or indicate alternative routes that are. We're only looking for routes that would be cost-effective enough to attract both federal funding and private capital. Denver is currently building a light rail network larger than this one—with much lower ridership—as a single project under a public-private partnership.
